MOLDED PLASTIC parts are a bit different and extremely versitile. They are typically made for indoor applications, but some polimers we use (such as the polimers used for light covers and license plate protectors are made and intended for ourdoor use. Some things you'll see made with MOLDED PLASTIC emblems are toolboxes, guitar amps, interior automotive use, childrens toys, clothing.. this list goes on. You see these emblems are quite a few products. These part are molded in plastic, and then have the details raised and hot stamped (in foil or standard) to give them color.
We can make these an pretty much any thickness. The only caveat is the limtiations of production itself. Contact Us with your idea and we'll see how we can make it work.
Adhesive is an option, however it's not offered by default for other molded plastic parts. If adhesive is needed for your application just let us know.
There are many times where a client may have a special request for their parts that are a bit outside the norm. This is Great!! We'd love to help.
We have a number of special request options available, such as custom material inserts (reverse printed lexan, acylic, and reflective material) however on that same note, please remember that there are limitations with all things. We'd love to help you out where we can though, so be sure to reach out and let us know what you're looking for with your custom car emblems and product badging.
